While the suspension isn't punishing, like a serious performance car's can be, you definitely feel all the little cracks, bumps and holes that make up an average road. Either way, Honda's Civic will probably still be among the models shoppers turn to. Although the handeling is not as sensitive as a previous sedan I owned, I got used to it. Two-Tier Instrument Panel While some non-traditional instrument panel layouts come across as gimmicky, the Civic's two-tier execution seems to make all the sense in the world.

It runs excellent and will continue to run for much more than 250k miles. Small gaps between the tires and body contribute to each model having a stance with better proportions and more balance. I have observed some serious blindspots on this vehicle. The styling of the exterior is so compact compared to the abundunce of space inside. It's a Type-R on a budget, if…. Tall drivers will find comfort elusive, but then perhaps tall drivers should look beyond a compact car. Long considered the standard by which all other compacts are measured, the Civic is able to lure buyers thanks to its impressive fuel economy, unrivaled reliability and repair history and class-leading resale values.

You should not buy this car if you can't handle a slightly harsh ride and the requirement to rev it to make any real power. If you commute or just want to have a cheap to maintain car you might want to consider Honda civic. That may not seem like alot, because it's not alot of power, but the engine revs so quickly it's never caught with it's pants down. It gives it a luxurious feel and look. A big plus with this car is visibility; forward views are expansive and not at all impeded by the hood, which isn't really visible from the driver's seat.
